GA Training: Chat Reference and Referrals + Overview of LibInsight

  • Description: This session is a hands-on introduction to using LibChat to provide online chat reference services. Graduate Assistants will have the opportunity to apply what they learned in the reference interview session to the online setting. A brief overview of policies and recording reference transactions in LibInsight will also be provided.
