 and protect your materials from disaster or poor climate conditions. 
 Water\, mold\, pests and unstable climates can threaten irreplaceable 
 archival and library collections. Join Matt DeCirce\, Polygon\, to discuss 
 how institutions can better prepare for environmental risks and implement 
 effective recovery strategies to protect valuable materials and minimize 
 long-term damage.\n\nAttendees will learn how to:\n\n\n	Identify the most 
 common threats to archival and library collections\n	Implement preparedness 
 strategies that reduce risk and improve response\n	Prioritize stabilization 
 and response actions following environmental damage\n	Understand the 
 specialized recovery services that are currently available\n	Develop 
 practical emergency preparedness and recovery plans\n\n\nPresenter:\n\nMatt 
 DeCirce has 15 years of employment with Polygon US Corporation\, and 24 
 years of experience in the disaster recover industry. He has held 
 managerial sales and operations supervisor roles. At Polygon\, Matt is 
 currently the Director of Client Development for the East region. He has 
 supervised and managed numerous mitigation and remediation contracts\, 
 including contracts and master service agreements for the State of 
 Connecticut\, State of Vermont\, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania\, 
 Massachusetts\nBoard of Libraries\, New York Public Library\, Massachusetts 
 Institute of Technology Library\, National Archives and Records 
 Administration\, County and Local government\nagencies\, as well as 
 individual cultural institutions.\n\nIn addition to contract management\, 
 Matt has supervised and managed hundreds of individual mitigation and 
 remediation projects\; and has responded to major disaster events across 
 the country. He is experienced working with multiple types of archives and 
 records\, including various paper and film media. He has presented 
 educational webinars at several national events and is active in multiple
